Pricing Policies

After careful review of the current marketplace for website design and development services, V.S.S. has lowered their rates and developed the following pricing policies:

All of our Website packages include:

Complimentary initial consultation. (Up to 1 hour web design consultation).
Unlimited words per page when provided in text format.
(i.e.: MS Word, e-mail, CD/DVD Rom, diskette, etc.)
A choice of background themes and buttons.
Internet Explorer and Netscape (Mozilla) compatible programming.
Uploaded/Installed to a web hosting service.
(providing we are given the name/password to your web hosting service and they will allow us to do so)
A one time complimentary registration with over 1500+/- search engines upon website completion ($40.00 value).

Package A: $300.00
This is our most basic package. It is designed for personal and the small business website. This package consists of:

4 pages: 1 Homepage and up to 3 Sub-pages
Up to 7 hyperlinks to other web pages (internal or external to your website) or email addresses.
Up to 3 images per web page (customer provides graphics)
1 contact/feedback form.

Package B: $400.00
This package is designed for the small to mid-sized business that want a greater Internet presence. This package consists of:

6 pages: 1 Homepage and up to 5 Sub-pages
Up to 15 hyperlinks to other web pages (internal or external to your website) or email addresses.
Up to 5 images per web page (customer provides graphics)
1 contact/feedback form.

Package C: $700.00
This is the "Executive" package for the larger business.
This package consists of:

12 pages: 1 Homepage and up to 11 Sub-pages
Unlimited hyperlinks to other web pages (internal or external to your website) or email addresses.
Up to 10 images per web page (customer provides graphics)
1 contact/feedback form.

Website Hosting Service: $204.00/year (paid upfront for entire year upon website completion)

This includes hosting your website for 1 year.
1 FREE domain name for this 1 year period
(Note: All domain name registrations are contingent upon name availability. We will make every effort to get the name you want, but it is not guaranteed we will be able to do so.)
And hundreds of FREE email addresses associated with your domain name.

Domain Name Registration: $20.00/year
(This is if you do not use V.S.S. for your hosting and have your own hosting service.)
V.S.S. will obtain a WWW (domain name) and register it for you on a yearly basis.
(Note: All domain name registrations are contingent upon name availability. We will make every effort to get the name you want, but it is not guaranteed we will)

Additional Rates and Fees:
Extra Web Pages:	$40.00 per page
Additional Forms: (i.e.: Contact, Feedback, etc.)	$40.00 per form
Additional Graphics & Static Banners: (customer provided and we scan it in JPEG format, or choose from our selection)	$ 5.00 each
Background Pictures & Logos: (customer provided in JPEG format or choose from our selection)	$ 5.00 each
Animated GIFs (customer provided or choose from our selection)	$10.00 each
FLASH Plug-In: (this is for a basic FLASH plug-in, anything more elaborate will a by-project basis)	$40.00 each
JAVA Applets & Animated Banners:	$10.00 each
Clickable Map: (static map on website which is clickable to a service such as MAP BLAST or Yahoo! Maps)	$ 5.00 each
Sounds, Music, Movies/Videos: (we will use a MS Media Player or similar plug-in to your web page)	$12.00 each
Frames:	$20.00 per page
Panoramic Virtual Tours:	Call For Quote
E-Commerce/Shopping Carts:	Call For Quote
Website Re-Direction: (if you have changed web addresses or your website is temporarily down or under construction)	$10.00 per month
Monthly Search Engine Submittal: (To Over 1500 search engines)	$40.00 per month
3rd party maintains or does any work to your website, V.S.S. will charge for the "tweaking" of the website, checking for viruses, and uploading your website up to our server. Customer will have to provide V.S.S. a CD-Rom with website files on it from the 3rd party (Only if V.S.S. hosts your website on our server) Note: This may take longer than 2 hours	$80.00/min (for first 2 hours)
CD-Rom of website(s) for customer or a 3rd party to maintain website themselves .	$80.00 Flat Fee
If you want V.S.S. to come out and take digital photos for your website, it will be billed at our Hourly Rate. (Within 30 miles of Oswego, IL)
Hourly Rate: For website design and maintenance	$40.00/hour
